@Grai because he's not around other kids because I'm a non driver so it's harder for me to take him to playdates. And it's also hard for me to focus on child development..... And on dishes laundry and a project..... And on making sure that the dogs all get breaks in a timely manner All of these things
And because I haven't made a lot of mom friends
It's for socializing as much as it is exposure to being around others in general and about working on development
Hi! We just started our daughter (19 months Velcro baby) in a small church moms day out program that’s only twice a week for the same reasons! So maybe you could search around your area and see if they have one if your not ready for a full week yet? But to maybe ease your mind I was super sad and worried about it but she LOVES it.. she cries when I drop her off but they said she stoppes within 2-3 minutes and then she plays and has great days! She even naps with the other kid’s and she resistes sleep SOOOOO bad at home!
@Kayleigh I like that idea, but I'm a non driver, so I would need to find something close by and .... Mom carpool to that
I definitely get it, I don't drive either and that makes balancing things more difficult sometimes. But seeing your little one thrive at preschool will be incredible! It'll just be an adjustment for everyone at first
Why are you gonna send him to preschool if you don’t want to?
