Does your baby have teeth to chew toast, bagel? And ain't you scared he/she might choke? I let my girl have a crumpet yesterday morning but literally put it apart into tiny pieces (she only has 2 small new teeth at the bottom front of her mouth) she is coming up to 8 months. Am I being over protective 😔 🤔?
@Christina he has his bottom two but he will make soggy them with his saliva to the point where it’s easy enough for him to swallow. We have had some choking episodes when we first started weaning however I now know when he’s able to dislodge it himself or when he needs some help xx
@Emma that's amazing, I give my girl these Ella's kitchen melty sticks and I'm happy her eating as they melt so quickly. I need to start exploring more food options for her. Saying that I did boil and mash some carrot and potatoes and added 1 egg and made small pancakes but ended up breaking them to tiny bite side pieces 😆🤦♀️
@Christina yeah I give my little boy them as well they just disappeared within a matter of seconds 😂 we also give him the kiddylicious wafers x
@Emma yh I have them wafers things too but they don't melt as good so constantly checking the size that has broken off in her mouth 🤦♀️
Doing a cottage pie for dinner tonight so I'll try her on that 😋 x
@Christina what I’ve learnt with food is that if you can squash it in between your finger and thumb a baby will be able to squash it in there mouth if that helps xx
