Hipp organic baby rice - you add baby's formula to it đ
I just use normal oats and add alternative milk to it, donât waste your money on âbaby porridgeâ lol x
Most CMPA people eat may contains. If you eat out then everything is may contains, if there's dairy products in your house then anything you bring home would be classed as may contain. Unless baby needs and epipen and hospital admissions then I wouldn't worry with may contains as companies legally don't need to put it on so even if it doesn't say may contain unless is says free from milk then there's always a tiny chance. Another option would be plain porridge oats or blitz them to make them finer. X
Baby rice has no nutritional value at all and baby shouldnât have any solids until 6 months x
I just use normal jumbo oats and oat milk to make porridge for baby. If you want it slightly less chunky you can blitz the oats a bit in a blender to chop them down slightly. 'Baby' rice/porridge is a money making scheme- they can have normal porridge when they are ready for solids at around 6 months (and the companies that make baby rice/porridge are putting their profits over digestive health by suggesting they are okay from 4 months)
My first daughter was under dieticians and they recommended ready brek and suggested adding fruit purĂ©es to it to mix it up if preferred. Baby porridges are expensive and have less nutritional value than ready brek or porridge oats âșïž
Organix do some baby porridge but my baby seemed to hate the texture of it so we use Tesco super smooth porridge - it comes in a big 800g box so lasts us ages and works out much cheaper than specific baby porridges.
Ready brek works well
I bought readybrek
