Ahhh I messed up

Anyone any ideas how I can make some extra money. I have a one year old and I’m due in 2 weeks but over Christmas things were tight and I kept putting things on PayPal credit. I’ve just checked the balance and it’s £2.2k 😭 I did also get a wardrobe for £700 to be paid in 4 months. I haven’t told my husband as I’m the one who handles the money 🫣 but I’m not sure how I’m going to pay off that much with just his income 😩 I feel like such an idiot but got carried away. I’ve actually worked out we spent over £500 on my stepdaughter 🤦🏽‍♀️ when we said she had a limit of £200 but I just kept adding things on.

You need to talk to your husband, completely open and honestly, TODAY. Figure out what belongings you can sell, subscriptions that you can cancel, etc. with your due date so close you won’t be able to work it off. Be prepared to have some tight months ahead.

lol you need to just be honest to him or get your family to help you out . Don’t Start stressing when your almost due , your only focus right now should be taking care of yourself mentally and physically to prepare yourself for this new life you’re about to bring to the world . You gonna have a lot on your plate , a newborn and a toddler . He should be understanding , he’ll be mad for sure , but y’all can work this out . Congratulations in advance 👼🏽

You need to talk to your husband and then maybe give him the control of money.

Yeh I’ve never been in debt so that’s why I’m panicking a bit where as he has 🙄 hence why I take care of the bills etc. it was because we decided to get a wardrobe in November and paypal gave me a limit of 8.5k so I thought , I’ll just use maybe a few hundred to lessen the pressure now I’m like oh. Forgetting it’s money that has to be paid back. Things definitely add up when you don’t keep a record. I was just thinking after the babies here I could figure out an online job to even just bring in a couple of hundred to contribute to my mistake. I’m just worried telling him how much is going to add more pressure on to him when he’s already worrying about having time off when I have the baby (he’s self employed so won’t get paid) I wish I’d never looked denial till after the baby was here would have worked better 🫣

What online Job? Those are few and far between. My husband and I own our company and I run it from home but I still need childcare. You 100% NEED TO TELL HIM EVERYTHING.

Hey. I started digital marketing for this reason. It’s not a quick fix but if you like social media and willing to put the effort you can make decent money! I’m norfolkmarketingmum on there if you want to send me any questions ☺️

Hey mama are you okay with babysitting? That’s the best way I make money. I can help set you up.
