16 month old sick again

My daughter is sick again. About two ish weeks ago she had the flu. Now she’s got a cough and major congestion. No fever or anything but it’s really stressing me out. She’s very obviously uncomfortable and the cough is making it hard for her to sleep. We’ve used baby vaporub. We got a soap to help ease congestion for the bath. We been clearing her nose with saline and the sucker. We even tried mamas bliss cough syrup. I just feel so bad hearing my baby sick. She has a little sicky voice and it’s breaking my heart
