Firstly, congratulations! It’s such an exciting time & honestly it will change your whole life for the better in ways you could never imagine. There are so many magical moments honestly, but every stage brings so much pride & joy & it’s still insane to me that i grew this little boy inside of my body!! You’ve got this, there are challenging times of course but practice patience and prioritise your self care, you’ve got this mama 💘

It’s a feeling like no other! Wanted to be a mom for soo long and it just didn’t happen and then when it was least expected I found out I was and my whole life just changed from that moment. I’ve had my little girl for 3 weeks now and wow there’s no words to describe the love I have for this tiny little human🥹 it’s incredibly challenging but so rewarding too! The biggest blessing on earth, you’ll smash it 🩷

So many magical moments to try and comment on! Like Britney said, it’s a feeling like no other! That love is nothing like you’ll have felt yet, but those newborn snuggles are amazing!🥰

It’s completely natural to focus on the tough parts, especially with your first as everything is the unknown, and anything unknown is scary. But, no matter how smooth or tough your pregnancy goes (everyone’s is sooo different), I promise you the second they’re in your arms you’ll experience a love that you didn’t know could exist and every single tough part - the sickness, tiredness, pain, worry - is forgotten in an instant and you realise how much they were worth the hard times. Hard to imagine it, but, nobody would ever go on to have more than one child if it wasn’t true xxx

It is tough. And you may not feel that joy the second they’re in your arms (don’t let people panic you if you don’t!! I definitely didn’t) But there will be many moments where you’re just so happy to have a love like it. I remember everyone getting excited over milestones and I wasn’t too fussed. But the first time he hugged me. Wow! That was so special. Nothing worth doing is easy xxx

Congratulations I’d say for me the moment that stood out was when I first gave birth and saw my daughter for the first time 🥰

It will be the most magical experience when you meet your baby! It might be a bit of a rollercoaster ride- pregnancy and the first few weeks but it’s a really special time so enjoy every single moment 😊

I agree with the ‘nothing worth doing is easy’. It can be tough becoming a mum, but it’s also a totally magical journey. Yes - sleep deprivation is so difficult but I’ve also sat up with both of mine in the middle of the night cuddling and feeling like the luckiest person alive. It’s both - absolutely wonderful and terrible at the same time sometimes 🤣 it’s ok to feel both. Try to find some other mums that you can talk to openly about it all. That really helps I find

The way they stare into your eyes and hold you tight. It’s magical and nothing compares. Your life is about to change and have greater meaning in an indescribable way. Enjoy the journey! Congratulations 🥳
