Postpartum Question

Okay so i gave birth on 11/05, natural birth, everything went great other than some 2nd degree tears, everything is healed up, my bleeding is slowly going away, but why does my pee smell so fucking bad, my ob said i dont have a uti or yeast infection but its such a bad smell…pls help, i keep myself clean, i take daily showers, i shave when needed, i constantly clean down there, but the smell doesnt go away…please help!!
