Weight loss

How are you guys doing weight wise? I've lost 30 lbs. so far. Before pregnancy, I was 130, and before giving birth, I was around 180. (So current weight is 150) I go back to work this week, so I'm hoping to lose more by being more active.

I'm 11 weeks pp and back down to my pre pregnancy weight but I definitely still have a bit more of a pouch on my belly than I did before. I've been doing yoga to ease back into working out but hoping to start being more aggressive with my work outs soon!

I’m 12 weeks PP. I wighted 140 before baby and gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy. Currently at 150

3 months postpartum with baby 2, lost most of the weight but still feeling… fluffy. Like I’m stretched out. So far this experience is very different from the first time 🫶

I’m 5 lbs below my pre pregnancy weight but my body isn’t tight yet. It feels pushed out still a bit in the abdomen section. I’ve started more core workouts to see if that helps since I do feel discouraged.

Before pregnancy I was 180-199 this included some birth control during pregnancy I weigh up to 220 now I’m down to 170-180

Before pregnancy I was 125, during pregnancy I was 165, and now I’m 129. Doing core workouts and Pilates most days to try and feel healthy and fit. It really just depends on the person. Just keep working hard and staying consistent!

I was 132 pre pregnancy and 170 by the end of it. Lost must weight the first 5 weeks by walking and breastfeeding. I’m at 136 rn but I would say I was stuck in 140 ish for about a month. I haven’t started working out yet but I think walking helped a lot

Wow 30 lbs is amazing! I gained 30 lbs during pregnancy and Im fluctuating between 10-15 lbs over my pre pregnant weight. Did you do anything or it just came off on its own?

I've lost mine by just doing things around the house. Haven't started doing any exercises yet besides daily stretches. My flexibility is one thing that I wanted to get back because pregnancy killed that. Lol.
