Very personal please give some advice .mentally physically very down due to my personal issue with husband and we are separated atm for some personal issues .he want me back and I want him back but still there is some question mark which I need to look for . ATM I am very much in low phase that unable to cook for my son I normally gave morning 6oz bottle and breakfast 1weetavix with yogurt then he goes back to sleep wake up I gave him cheese and 1straberry and he ate for lunch he ate scrambled egg and some fish and didn’t touch rice then when he wakes up he ate mc small fries as we went outside for walk and now for dinner he’s gonna have some fried rice with butternut squash and broccoli but he seems too hungry and just snacking on everything it’s gives me more anxiety that am not looking after do you guys think this are actually good portion and nice meal of the day .i am doubting myself that am really didn’t give my 100% today . Will come another day to share my side of relationship story till then will be anonymously posting here for privacy reason thanks a bunch and don’t forget to share your los meal day so that I can motivate myself more and please give me some easy ideas ..
Note :baby doesn’t like sticky saucy pasta type food thanks
So sorry you're going through a hard time. Hope it gets better for all of you 🥰 Today my little one had an egg, little strip of toast and some leftover veggies for dinner. For snackie she had some fruit. Lunch was some rice with chicken. Then sooooo many snacks I lost count😂 she just goes to anyone who's eating anything and grabs stuff. Then dinner was a bit of pizza, broccoli and some chicken. Honestly I wouldn't worry if your little one is snacking plenty, it's a sign they just have an appetite and might be going through a growth spur xx plus all you've mentioned sounds like good balanced homemade meals 🥰 you're doing great, don't be hard on yourself xx
