Food ideas for baby

Okay so we aren't going like the BLW whole chunks of food right now. I learned with my first child with a tongue tie that they can gag a lot easier and when this happened with my first he would throw up and then he'd resent that food. So we just do a slow start with only soft foods, pureed foods, or mashed foods. Simultaneously I don't want everything to just be fruit purees. Does anyone have any good ideas I feel out of ideas

Maybe like mashed potatoes

For my daughter, I used to boil things, like green beans, and just mash it with a fork. So it's not pureed but she won't really choke on it. Now she'll eat everything I eat as long as I give her an appropriate size.

Avocado, potatoes white red sweet, peas are good mashed, hard boiled eggs, mashed carrots , steamed tomatoes.

Can puree most things. I even did it with chicken soup I made for myself! Tasted just the same and she loved it. Steamed Broccoli mixed with a little milk or broth is good. Steamed sweet potato puréed with cinnamon. Basically what you eat baby can eat in soft form. Oh, Oatmeal with smashed blueberries and yogurt with smashed berries is a fan favorite

Just no honey, and keep sugar and salt to a minimum

Let him chew on the hard part of a pineapple, or give him a chicken bone tu suck on. Check solidstart they talk about it
