I do those and work on my craft when I can. Iโm a Chef and dabbling in starting a business, baking a bunch of cookies and pastries, trying to perfect recipes, selling a few every now and then.
@Zii this is incredible. You are amazing . Best of luck on your ventures!
@Rachel I love this ๐
I spend A LOT of time in the car. Elementary school drop off and pick up. Pick up at preschool (my husband does the drop off). Drive to and from baseball or football practice. To and from dance and gymnastics classes. Errands for our business.
I typically do chores in the morning with my toddler either playing independently or helping me. Then I have the rest of the day to play/teach her things/do crafts with her. Plus cooking all meals too. We also run errands together, go to appointments, and she goes to gymnastics once a week. I try to take her to see her cousin at least once a week to get extra play time
I get ready in the mornings and take him out, after unloading dishwasher and hanging up clothes and maybe putting in another load. Go out, get groceries, come home 3-4pm clean up a lil and start dinner. Heโs got baby bounce/storytime on 3 days a week and Iโll try to drop by a friends/sisters or invite a mum friend out the other days. Iโm a sahm thatโs never home
I do all this, plus cyber/homeschool, my older kiddos. Just started cloth diapers with my youngest and homemade baby food... Then I try to find time for a hobby of my own but usually I don't have time. ๐ฅฒ I like painting, sewing, crocheting, gardening, and fishing, though! Considered making hairbows to sell or opening a bait shop for some side business.
Wait wait wait. You mean you all arenโt playing cats and crawling around on the floor 12 hours a day?? Imma tell my toddler. lol just really we get out over day and go the the library or store or play area. And then we spend 90% of our time playing. And like 10% tidying up
Take my child to places, cooking for him and my husband and i, playing with him, grocery shopping, walking my dog, cleaning, I do exercise on a daily basis for an hour, just all that takes up a lot of time!
I like to sip coolers and do some crafts, and play games on my tablet
I'm a part-time artist so when I get the time I work on my art and commissions, I've been working on a children's book as well
I also have some hobbies but yeah itโs mostly this
Mine are at school but I read and go to the gym. Today I have an appointment with my sonโs school via zoom. November I was driving 130 miles a day to take him to his Sen school due to his taxi company cancelling their contract.
I find 30% of the day is basic needs. Making food, eating food, cleaning up the mess, fetching drinks, pottying. The rest of the day is playing with the kids or trying very inefficiently to get 1-2 items of housework done The housework is never done This question implies what do you do with all your time after the housework is done?!

I spend 50% of my day playing with my child/ teaching her or taking her places that help her learn or grow in some way (sports, music, library time, play dates, etc)
