Child support

For those mommas that DO have child support on their BD’s is anyone’s CS being weird? My card says I haven’t had money since November last year but I clearly remember that I haven’t used my card since months before then because I had misplaced it. And my child’s father is saying because he hasn’t had a job since October that they are gonna take it out his taxes is that right? I’m only asking cause I genuinely have no idea
