It’s so fun being pregnant and having the worst strep throat possible/ body aches🤭😂 and my 1 yo is also feeling it too.. on top of her teething. So fun!

Ricola honey herb seem to be ok. I have been taking them because I was desperate 😅 if you're worries you can ask your doctor. Supposedly menthol is ok but 🤷♀️
