Overnight oats

I want to make overnight oats for my 13 month old. Any good recipes for fussy eaters? Also which oats do I buy for this age i.e not too chewy?

Not sure if it’ll be any good for a fussy eater but I use weetabix, fruit and yoghurt to make my daughter’s overnight oats: - break up a weetabix bar and mix it with some milk and some mashed up fruit (like strawberries or raspberries etc) - smooth that over then do a layer of yoghurt (I tend to use fruit flavoured yoghurt) - add some of the mashed fruit to the yoghurt on top - leave it in a covered tub overnight in the fridge. My daughter loves it!

We use sprouted rolled oats -milk, yogurt, chia seeds and any and all berries. Sometimes I’ll add a tiny bit of maple syrup cause the yogurt is plain and he doesn’t love the taste of it alone.

If your baby doesn't like the cheewy texture just half blend them or fully blend. Get a good quality oat like the Scottish ones as they have a fuller flavour. And then add your choice of milk, some yoghurt and any fruit
