Migraines in pregnancy

Early stages of pregnancy with my second, suffering from migraines. I know drs prefer you to take as few tablets as possible during pregnancy apart from paracetamol but I will phone Gp and see what they recommend. Curious to whether anyone else has suffered with migraines in pregnancy and if you found anything that helped you?

I had them I the 1st 3 months. Luckily I don't have another child so just slept them off. I used that migraine balm that u can put over ur head, it gives luke a menthol cooling effect.

I used the cooling strips you can put on your forehead, took paracetamol and laid in a dark room. Had time off work to sleep if needed as well. I found that worked well for me. You could call your gp to discuss aswell

I've suffered with migraines since school. When pregnant, luckily, I only had one migraine. The tablets I have were safe "sumatriptan" id call your ground and ask them about them
