hCG levels haven’t gone up…

I could’ve sworn I was pregnant. I had spotting on Jan 18 that felt like implantation bleeding. I haven’t had a period since Dec 15. And I thought I’ve had morning sickness this whole time after how it felt my last pregnancy. I just feel so disheartened. I’m so upset. I feel like the boy who cried wolf, getting so excited for every little sign that I’m pregnant again only for it to be false. It makes me really sad.
