Has anyone ever had preeclampsia with just headaches & not high blood pressures?

Curious. Severe headaches but no high blood pressure as well so doctor says I’m fine

I leave urine every week so I would assume so? Unless I have to ask specifically
@Marilyn oh okay they don’t check my urine every week, only if necessary & they didn’t check when I mentioned headaches , even in L&D when I went in for a small fall
