What happens to my baby if I smoke a dab cart while bf it’s the only thing to calm me down. Am I harming her doing it

It's not good to consume any form of marijuana if you're breast feeding. There's no study confirming there's benefits either. I'd steer clear and see a therapist for help finding sober coping mechanisms.
