Child care?

Hi everyone! I’m a FTM and I’m curious what everyone is doing about childcare when heading back to work. My husband is remote and my role gives me the flexibility to be somewhat remote but I’m trying to figure out what I should do. What are others doing? My LO will be 5 months when I head back!

I’m currently looking into daycare’s for my little one. As I will have to return back to the office in a couple of months

I’m back at work from home and don’t have childcare. Just making it work however I can because I can’t imagine leaving my little one in the care of strangers so young!

We do daycare 3 days per week, but we had to secure his spot 6 months ago on a waitlist. I also work remotely twice per week but will have a nanny at least one of the days. I worked at home with my baby today and barely got anything done lol. He only takes 30 min naps so it’s just hard to get things done. But it could be easier if your baby naps 1-2 hours normally.

My husband and I both work remote but my daughter will start daycare on Monday. We wouldn’t be able to give my daughter the attention she needs with our remote jobs! I had to work remote with my son for a month and it was so hard.

I work from home and have help while I work. My mother in law comes by several times a week and a neighbor comes the other days. I plan to put her in daycare eventually but it was too soon when I started working again so I hope to keep this going for at least several more months.
