I really need a job

I had to quit my job after my baby since my company didn't offer Work from home flexibility. Now I'm looking for remote jobs in Customer success. I have been trying really hard but haven't had luck since the new mom thing! I openly feel that companies are hesitant to hire me ! Any one ,if you have any leads, please help!
