Boiled eggs, my girl is obsessed with them 😅 and she likes tapping and peeling herself, keeps her occupied for a good 20 mins!
@Emma ohh I’m yet to try her with soreen, I’ll pick some up today. We do most of what you’ve listed, I just find it become so repetitive. Although she’s likes most of what I offer I think she’s getting fed up with the same things as she’s been refusing lately saying she doesn’t want it anymore
@Ruth aww bless her, good for fine motor skills at least it keeps her occupied at the same time😁 My girl will only eat scrambled egg🤦🏽♀️
Banana blueberry muffins/bread, no added sugar Strawberry yoghurt cake Boiled eggs Bear snacks, the alphabear cereal I think it’s called is nice Dried apricots (organic ones are juicier) Dates Cheese x
Would recommend “What mummy makes” cookbook. Lots of good recipes in there including batch bakes you can freeze. Favourites include banana pancakes (just bananas, oats and egg) and sweetcorn/tuna frittatas. Non flavoured plain rice cakes are always a go to as well.
Falafel and hummus Pepper and cucumber sticks and sliced tomato with hummus Higgidy ricotta and tomato/spinach muffins when they're on offer Avocado n bread cut into cubes (when we're out), or little wraps with avocado/avo on toast when we're home Cottage cheese and avo mashed together Watermelon slices/cubes Reduced salt olives and cheese slices Corn on the cob Crackers - my son is big on the Snack-a-Jack's crackers these days
