Hey :) We do a mixture of mashed and BLW. Mashed food is: Jacket potato and beans/cheese Rice and a type of sauce (we give mild curry sauce mixed with rice, bolognese sauce etc) Most components of a roast dinner are mashable/shreddable to small bits lol All pastas cut up to smithereens, and mixed with mince (not technically mashed, but small and scoopable) Breakfast is usually mushed up weetabix with some warm milk so not cold, porridge, scrambled eggs, mashed avocado, banana with peanut butter etc Lunches is where we do mostly finger foods now, or we are on the go so I tend to use pouches xx

I have just come on here to ask this! I do a mixture with my boy he had banana Pancakes this morning and seems to manage them fine and then he had our meal bolognase put through the blender. But otherwise I struggle thinking what to give him I just give him weetabix all the time!! 🙃

@Alison Oh Jacket potato is a good idea 😁 What finger foods do you do for lunch? X

@Hannah jackets are super easy and defiantly a go to for us! You can mix mashed down tuna in and all the other usual toppings :) Finger foods for lunch I don't get too adventurous really! Yesterday I made pizza wheels out of Jus Rol puff pastry, with tomato puree and cheese and cut into quarters. I give the standard avo, banana, squashed Blueberries, (big) oranges cut into segments with the rind still on so they're easy to hold, and any other fruits I have knocking around. Toast fingers with butter, cut up ham, pizza wraps - anything that is still pretty soft and mashable with her gums lol Tonight we are having chicken (shredded for baby) curry with rice and naan bread. Xx

@Hannah you have just said everything I have given my daughter today🤣 blended bolognese and mashed weetabix🤣 I just can’t think of what else to give her!
