Baby sitting

If you have your child in an in-home baby sitting while you are at, do you pay when your child is not there? Like if the child is scheduled for 4 days a week and is sick two of the days, do you still pay the sitter?

It's usually written into the contract you pay by week or bi-weekly or monthly. The center has to prepare for your child to be there whether they're able to attend or not. Educational supplies are bought. Teachers have salaries, meals are bought, etc..

@Crystal There isn't any contract since it is an in home daycare

🤷‍♀️ I worked at an in-home daycare for 5 years and that's how we ran the daycare. Maybe it's something you can work out with the owner/ director?

I think in home daycare are kinda ran like anything else when it comes to pay... It's still a business cheaper or not
