How to serve kidney beans to 14 months old? Just wondering about the skin

As long as they're soft enough, I'll feed them to my daughter. I don't mash them anymore, but of course do what you feel comfortable with.

Mine eats kidney beans, I just make sure they're mashed up. The skin is fine. It's extra fibre so maybe just be aware of that if they have constipation issues later.
