Once 6 months, babies can have what ever you're eating either cut up into small pieces or large roughly the size of 2 adult fingers pressed together as finger foods. They can not have honey, swordfish or shark. Start for life by the nhs is the only website needed. Full of information and meal ideas. At this age they need to learn to chew. I was recently advised by my HV as I was Google searching and occasional pouch buying which is not helpful and she gave me some help. Tonight my little one had meatballs and pasta, last night baked salmon with steamed vegetables 🤷♀️
@Nikki oh great! I’ll have a look thanks:) x
