Rejecting food?

My son does this it’s hard to get him to eat much or anything.

My daughter started doing that 2 weeks ago I took her temperature it was 101 took her to the hospital and she had a stomach virus

I think it’s the teething my son will straight up refuse to eat foods I know he loves sometimes I just give him a protein shake so he can get something in because he’ll drink all day if I let him. Sandwiches and wraps have been safe as he loves bread but even then sometimes he’ll only eat the bread
