How can I get rid of these pimples on her face?
My daughter is about to turn two and she’s been having these pimples since she was 8months old. Her pediatrician tells me it’s due to not moisturizing her face enough, but I do. I have bought countless of face locations for her. She also uses fragrance free soaps and detergent. Please help me clear out my daughter’s face. Thank you!

A cabbage bath or rice or oatmeal bath then just put it also on her face with a clean wash rag
I’m listening to the answers for this! My daughter has the exact same thing! Also told more moisturizer. All fragrance free and fancy lotions, detergents, and soaps. Nothing works.
