Is this ovulation reading high or low?

Hi I’m cycle day 12 and taken letrozole prescribed by my gynaecologist previously. I did an ovulation test yesterday and it marked it as high (0.62) I’ve gone on the app today and the result has changed to low. Anyways I have tested twice today and my most recent one this afternoon is marked as high at 1.14, to me the first line looks very faint and these numbers are looking really inaccurate :( please advise
