There’s also underbank reservoir at stocksbridge (one side is muddy and the other is fine) we usually walk one side and then turn back (it’s quite far from you tho) but is flat and lovely for photos

Grenoside woods (follow the path the the right it’s the trans pennine trail) it’s mostly down hill but isn’t muddy as it’s more like gravel - it goes on forever but is a lovely walk the only down side is the walk back up but it isn’t too bad cos most of it is relatively flat. There is also a small car park but if no spaces you can park on the road. We love it there with our dog.
