Good books/pages/people for CMPA recipes

Hiya, My baby will soon be starting weaning and I’m planning on BLW. Please can you recommend good books or pages/people on social media for recipes please. Also, good supermarket buys for example yoghurts/ oat milks / dairy free cheeses etc (Aldi/asda) Thanks so much in advance!! 🫶🏼

The 'What Mummy Makes' book is great. There are allergy-friendly alternatives for lots of the recipes

Second "what mummy makes." Yummy toddler food or other vegan recipes tend to work well. I've found if a recipe needs milk, substitutes are normally fine. I would recommend either the oat growing up milk (soy or oat) or pea protein milk for the calcium and fortified properties. My LG also has a soy allergy so I have to avoid soy yogurt and milk. Aldi stocks soy yogurts and milk, but it can be a common allergy with cmpa so maybe introduce gradually. If you need a soy free yogurt there are oat and coconut yoghurts- even in pouches now 🥰 Aldi did sell some vegan cheese, but not sure how long it will be around. Flora buttery and cathedral city are the best alternatives but just be aware that vegan cheese doesn't behave in the same way... I buy nutritional yeast (which can be a bit cheese flavoured) and use it as well as some vegan cheese. Message me if you wanted anymore tips or recipes as I am considering moving to a vegan diet long term after being dairy free for 5 months as BFing my daughter 🥰

I’ve got the dairy free mum cookbook (feed your family dairy free) which also has lots of info on weaning, and I think she’s got an Instagram page also but unsure!
