Yeah mine is probably around the same as above, about 10 months or so. I would never intentionally add salt into the food, but if it’s already included in something we’re all having, then bub will have it too.
My little one still has separate meals from us as I'm being careful about the salt content. I guess when he's over two I'll start to relax about it a bit more.
Mine started occationally having the same food as us around 10 months, but most of his diet was still no salt. Now at 14 months he's mostly eating the same stuff as us, though his snack foods are still chosen with at least lower sodium in mind. Like he gets goldfish crackers occationaly, but they're the lowest sodium ones I could find etc
Mine has always had small amounts occasionally in pre prepared stuff (canned tuna, pasta sauce, peanut butter, etc.). Where I have the option I buy salt free or low sodium and never add salt to our foods. I work with a lactation consultant who has also been our feeding consultant haha and she said it's okay. We also rely on food bank to supplement so as long as it's occasional items/no salt added there's no worry as it's more important she's getting enough food and nutritious food.

Mine eats food with salt in now at 9 months been doing it since 8 months. If I make something solely for him he doesn’t have it added but if its food we’re all eating it will have some in x
