How can I ensure toddler is having enough calcium?

My 15 month old will only tolerate certain dairy, so my question is, how do I ensure they are having enough calcium?

You can try leafy greens, canned fish, soya (if they tolerate it), tofu and white beans. Just to name a few😊

Pea protein milk has double the amount of the calcium in cows milk. Its normally unsweetened

Supplement if they aren’t getting enough through their diet

The soy yoghurt isn’t too bad or dairy free up&go has chocolate flavour which is soy milk
