Puff pastry

Homemade sausage rolls, pizza pin wheels with tomato puree, cheese and herbs or pesto and cheese, soft cream cheese and mashed berries for cheesecake style. Soooo many good ideas and can be frozen for up to 3months x

I do cream cheese with broccoli and cauliflower rolled up. Tomato puree, cheese and sweetcorn rolled up. Cream cheese and peas in a parcel. Mozzarella, tomato and spinach in a parcel. Tomato puree, curry powder, carrots, sweetcorn and peas in a parcel.

@Rebecca sounds lovely. Do you literally just bit it on the pastry and then fold it and bake

@Carla it's a recipe in a book I have! The filling is cream cheese, chopped spinach, a little black pepper and some grated cheese all mixed together. Then make wraps with puff pastry 🙂
