@Rachel I can never know for sure but I pushed my first baby out in 8 mins and my second in 5 and I’ve never torn and had relatively quick labours so I like to think it’s helping

@Jess I personally buy from Amazon. But the tablets you can get from Holland and barrot
How many tablets & cups of tea do you have per day?
