Yes but people generally take the sleep tabs which you can easily break in half. Are you taking this for morning sickness or to sleep? Or both?

i took it as needed during pregnancy

Unisom comes as diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or doxylamine. I believe you are supposed to get the doxylamine, not this one if you’re trying to treat nausea
