Taking baby out

Have you taken baby to restaurants yet? We went out to eat in Nando’s and it was pretty loud and stimulating but he seemed okay. He didn’t act any differently than usual but obviously had more to look at . Just wondering if I’m doing too much too soon. He’s nearly 3 months .

We’ve been going to restaurants since about 2 weeks. Baby usually just sleeps. The last couple of weeks (he’s almost 13 weeks now) he’s been a lot more interested in what’s going on - but it’s just something different for them to look at! As long as they’re not upset or unsettled I wouldn’t worry!

Absolutely not too soon hun. It's good for them to have different things to look at. Xx

Not too soon at all. We’ve been out and about since 2 weeks 😅

We went yesterday for the first time with her she's 12 weeks and was no bother had a good look around and a feed i was very proud

I went out twice and she literally screamed down the place. Like I didn’t know what was wrong with her and when we came back home, she quite down. 😂

I've taken baby all over with me! Kids birthday parties, restersunts, bingo in the WMC 😅

I took my baby out for brunch when they were 5days old 😂 I want them used to it because I like not cooking dinner myself! 😂😂

Baby has been coming to cafes and restaurants with me since she was a week or so old :) I think it’s absolutely fine as long as they aren’t distressed by it but often babies quite like the background noise of an environment like that!

I took my little girl to a toddler group with my 1 year old not even 12 hours old 🙈 he goes to many groups and we eat out a lot with his social life (that’s better than mine) so she comes everywhere. She’s 3 months old tomorrow x

Not too soon, my baby has been to miller and Carter and a nice fancy hotel in his first few weeks of life 😂

No way take them everywhere its best for you all to get out! Our 3mo sleeps best in noisy places pubs, cafes and loves the baby groups, we always take a carrier and a muslin to cover the pram with in case we need to have a spot to rest😍
