I fell really hard on my knees and arms a few days ago (32 weeks), I went to triage and they told me generally a fall on the knees is no worry unless vaginal bleeding etc. Baby is very cushioned in there.
I did that around the same time scrapped all my knees and hands open 😩 but aslong ur not getting any pains or bleeding ect, u should be OK they're quite protected in there 😁

I slipped down the stairs and landed really hard on my bum at around 7 months pregnant. Ended up with a huge bruise but baby was all good 😊
I fell last week on stairs and bruised my legs and arm, phoned triage and they said prob fine if not bleeding etc and welcome to go for a listen to the heartbeat if I was worried (18 weeks today) but that baby was in a nice bubble of water so prob fine 🤷🏻♀️ if you’re worried call the EPU and they’ll advise properly x
I wouldnt worry i fell on my back on ice at 10wks with my first and was told theres no reason to worry they are quite protected in there
