I need recommendations please.

My little one does not eat breakfast meat in the morning, but I would like for her to. What meat do you feed your little ones? She stopped eating the turkey sausages and we tried plant based (because she loves the plant based nuggets and meatballs) but she didn’t eat the breakfast meat. :/

She doesn’t have to eat specifically breakfast meat, specially sausages because usually they are full of crap. I would offer the meatballs and nuggets that she eats. Over here we don’t even do meat in the breakfast.

@Ana Moore thank you. I think I’ll just do the no meat, I guess she just prefers her plank cakes and berries.

If you want her to have meat in the morning try omelettes with ham or chicken she's getting the meat then without it being glaringly obvious to her

My little one doesn’t eat meat we do oatmeal, pancakes, fruits and yogurt, or eggs and toast

My son loves the apple gate brand chicken sausage links! If we don’t do meat we do a different protein but butter, yogurt, eggs.

@Leah thats my son favorite breakfast 😂🙌 if you are worried about her protein intake you can blend cottage cheese in your mix! It makes it extra fluffy and it doesn’t have any taste 🤭

@Ebony she’s allergic to eggs 🥲

@Laurel I’ll try the chicken sausages, I’ve seen that before!

@Ana Moore you are on to something!!! Thank you 🥰

Why not try something different everyday day/every second day she's maybe getting bored and wants something different we don't have meat for breakfast more for lunch/supper We do weetabixs for breakfast which little one enjoys c

We stick with eggs in the morning for protein. They can get some protein from cottage cheese and Greek yogurt too. Most sausages have a bunch of nitrites and garbage like that anyway. No loss to not have that in their diet!

@Leah https://www.egglesscooking.com/eggless-omelettes-recipe/ Here's a recipe for an eggless omelette. We don't have food allergies but there's always an alternative to use

@Danielle I do try new things for her, also hence why I made this post. I’m open to hear what others do for breakfast so I can give it a try. Thanks!

@Ebony awesome, thanks so much!
