As in packs of ham for sandwiches.
My LO doesn’t eat meat at all but today she seems to like ham but it only dawned on me after she ate some that it’s not cooked and solid starts suggests cooking deli meats
My little one has had ham. It’s already been cooked when you buy it in a pack, like sandwich ham.
Some other types of ham or other deli meats aren’t cooked, only cured for example. Packs of supermarket sandwich ham are fine (though not super nutritious, and usually very processed, so best to somewhat limit how much/often you offer it)
