I'm a first time mum to a 3 week old baby boy he was born on the 20th January 2025 on what day would you say heel be a month old

Up to you whether you want to count it as 4 weeks is a month or every 20th of each month.
My little boy was born 6th Jan, I class him as 4 weeks old on 3rd Feb but a month old on 6th Feb xx
