Help!

Can someone explain to me how ovulation strips work. It’s been dark for about a week now. I’m on letrozole without the trigger shot. (Long story short) I been taking a pregnancy test , negative. I’m just so lost and exhausted. I fell like I’m doing something wrong. 2 different brands. One is dark dark. Send this girl some help. lol
