Dating

I met this guy and we have been talking for about 3 weeks.He is very consistent(about texting)good job,according to him he has his own place and all.Can hold a good conversation.Only thing is since we met 3 weeks ago he hasn’t tried to speak on the phone at all and nor has he planned a date yet.He asked what are a few ideas that I enjoy for our first date but hasn’t gave me any official plans yet.I was going to give it until next week to cut it off because a month of consistently texting with no phone calls or not even a hangout yet just isn’t going to cut it for me.Do you ladies agree or am I making nothing into something 😅
