Going back to work in a few months and trying to work out childcare. Baby would be 10months and I'm looking to request for flexible working as I work 14hr shifts so looking to request 3days of 14hr shifts and nights.
Partner WFH 9hrs so we'll need at least 10hrs daily for childcare when I'm working. Just want to know what options are available.
Our nursery does 7.30-6 but like you to pick up a little before 6 as that's when they close. Not sure if childminders offer hours for as long...it's probably worth contacting nurseries/childminders in your area though to know what availability they have (Mondays and Fridays tend to be quieter).
