I think they say a child will accept a new food after 14 times... my 4 year old was pretty fussy, so we just kept offering the same foods. She's a good eater now. Her sister (my June 2022 baby) is going through a fussy phase too and we're just trying the same strategy. It's hard going, but I'm hoping she changes like her big sister! I hope it gets easier for you.

@Jo thank you! She was the best eater up until about 1 and a half then just refused everything! It is so hard xx

@Charlie I feel your pain. It is so frustrating. They seem to get that independent, won't be told what to do, streak and then refuse for the fun of it!! We have occasional meals where she eats very little, but she has plenty of energy and is growing, so I figure she's doing ok. Hope this phase ends for you soon.

@Jo very frustrating! Shes the same high energy ect but just the eating HV said toddlers eat less because of teething and growth but i think shes saying it to shut me up x
