We started with broccoli 🥦
Best advice I had. Don’t overthink it. And also, all babies are different and will go at their own pace.
Sweet potato 😊
Whipped bone marrow. Personally I’d start with veg and meat, if you give sweet fruit/vegetables first then any non sweet food will taste bad after
I was told to start with vegetables for at least a week and then to go to fruit. I was told it can help prevent a sweet tooth as milk is quiet sweet and children are geared to want sweet and sweet means edible and bitter means poisonous at the base level of everything. My daughters 10 months and eats everything I give her. We started with purees and then lumpy purees. She's now starting to have finger foods, which a lot of them she doesn't get and looks at me like erm... no! Because she doesn't like it on her hands.
I did smashed avocado - you could also try banana - baked sweet potato ???
