Usually twice a day too. Not loads. Last night she had a couple of desert spoonfuls of sweetcorn chowder (if that), a stick of asparagus and a small piece of butternut squash. For breakfast she had maybe half a slice of bread in sticks with mashed avocado on (most ends up on the floor for the dog)
My child don’t even like food , you’re completely fine , that’s more than enough for your son!
We've only just started adding breakfast a few times a week, otherwise just lunch. It's a few teaspoons really at each that she eats, I put down about 4 tablespoons knowing it'll be messy!. She's still on the same amount of milk.
Our boy has a breakfast at 8:30/9 and dinner at 6:30 bed at 8:30. The odd snack in between if we’re out so he doesn’t cry watching us eat!!!
