Ttc

I have not seen a period since 2023 but in 2024 of December I got a period from 7th though 11th and a other one though the 3th though 7th by Geritol and coQ10 but January 19th I didn’t spot on the 20 but on the 21 and the 22 I spotted. Is it possible that I can be pregnant?
