Bankruptcy
Hoping someone out there might have info.
My husband and I have been separated since October now and as we go through the divorce process he has now decided to file for bankruptcy… anyone know how does that affect me? We own two properties together.
Divorce is in Texas, we have a property in Texas and one in Colorado.

State is Texas but yes waiting for the lawyers response to see if she has any input
It may depend on your state but I think if you’re still legally married it will affect you. I’d get a consultation with a lawyer and financial advisor to make sure and review your options.
