Jealous
I'm so jealous of my husband. I'm with our 4 month old daughter 24/7 and will play with her all the time, but the rare times my husband has her he makes her belly laugh all the time. Even if I do the same things she still will only belly laugh with him. I got her laughing for a couple minutes but that's it. She's always smiling with me but he made a comment like "that was her first belly laugh, I was the first one and she doesn't do that with you" and it upset me cause he's not wrong. And on top of that I was recording it so now he always has that to look back on but he never takes videos of us together even after asking him several times. The only times he does is when I'm sleeping with her and look a mess.. I feel like I'm boring and only here for comfort..
Anybody else have this happening?😔

It’s common. She’s so used to you being around her so when she finally sees dad he’s new and exciting. He is wrong for not taking pictures for you though. Very weird. In the meantime get a tripod or those motion detecting stands. Don’t let him make you miss out on important memories.
Very common. I see this post almost word for word on here every few months lol. Exactly what the other 2 ladies said, dad is a new silly exciting face. You are snuggles and comfort. Trust me the laughs will come. 🩷

It will change ❤️ right now she thinks of you as comfort and also a part of her. They don’t separate themselves from you until about 6 months. My first did the same thing. Just like my second who is 2 months old smiles the most with her dad. That would annoy me if he rubbed it in my face though. Men are also terrible at getting the good moments of us with baby. I make it a point to take my own. Just know your little one loves you and just because you don’t get all the belly laughs now doesn’t mean you won’t in the future. You’re still attached in her mind which I find to be an even better feeling when you think about it 🙂
