Try a smoothie, but in moderation, due to the sugar (even if natural!)
You can make healthy fruit jam really easily, I buy the frozen berries and you boil them up in a pan with a bit of water until it all breaks down and starts to thicken, then add a spoonful of chia seeds at the end and leave it to set. It kind of turns into a jelly consistency and I put it on toast for my little boy (he's a toast monster) or stir into yoghurt. He's also pretty rubbish at eating fruit and veg at the moment 🤦🏼♀️
Also blueberry and banana pancakes are a winner in our house! (Lots of BLW recipes online)
Thanks girls, I’ll give some of those suggestions a try! I’ve tried baking fruit in to pancakes, various different bar type things etc but he just won’t touch them! He just loves savoury flavours too much 🤦🏼♀️
Make your own puree and put in reusable pouch least you know whats in them then or smoothie?
